Graph sketch

Graph Sketch is an online graphing software created by Andy Schmitz.  It is capable of graphing standard and parametric functions. Graph results can either be downloaded or save as page that you can linked to.

I found my book a question and ı will solve a question with graphsketch.
example: find the question of any horizontal tangents to y=x^3-12x+2
solution :  
first of all ı can find derivative of y. derivative of y is 3x^2-12 and horizontal tangents have gradient 0, so 3x^2-12=0 
3(x^2-4)=0
3(x+2)(x-2)=0
x=- 2 or x=2
when x=2 y=8-24+2=-14
when x=-2, y= -8+24+2=18
the points of contact are (2, -14) and (-2,18) the tangents are y=-14 and y=18  
ı plot this graph with graphSketch.  you can plot any graph easily. you should try as soon as possible.

you can plot horizontal and vertical asymptotes such as; f(x)=2x-3/x+2. as you can see, vertical asymptotes x=-2 and horizontal asymptotes y=2 

Besides, you can choose different colour to see different graph. for example:
2-exp(x) and  1/sqrt(x)

Beyond simple math and grouping (like "(x+2)(x-4)"), there are some functions you can use as well. Look below to see them all. They are mostly standard functions written as you might expect. You can also use "pi" and "e" as their respective constants.

Students will effectively use technology to enhance their learning of graphing functions and equations so students use these programmes.
